When visiting residents of the Chapter House or Colorado Springs for pleasure or business, P.E.O.s, their families, and traveling companions are invited to use the bed and breakfast accommodations of Chapter House.
Subject to availability, select and reserve for your accommodation as follows:
• Room with two twin-beds, private bath, cable TV and patio
Rate: Single occupancy: $40.00 per night *
Double occupancy: $45.00 per night *
• Room with one queen-size bed, private bath, cable TV and patio
Rate: Single occupancy: $40.00 per night *
Double occupancy: $45.00 per night *
* Members of Resident's family: $25.00 per night
There are no individual telephones in our bed and breakfast rooms. A phone for local calls is conveniently located and accessible in the hallway.
Beds are not made up daily or turned down at night. Light housekeeping service is provided on a weekly basis.
Carport is available, adjoining the residential wing.
Coin-operated laundry facility is available to guests at Chapter House
• Breakfast: is served in the Dining Room daily from 7:15 AM to 8:30 AM. Please advise the staff a day in advance if you wish to have breakfast at Chapter House. On weekdays breakfast usually consists of cereal, oatmeal, bananas, pastry, toast, yogurt, and eggs cooked to order. On weekends pancakes or waffles with bacon or sausage may also be available.
- Price of Breakfast: $5.00 per person
• Dinner and/or Supper: Bed and Breakfast guests may make reservation for these meals at Chapter House as well. Please advise the staff two days in advance if you wish to have dinner and/or supper at Chapter House. Dinner is served in the Dining Room at 12:30 PM and Supper at 6:00 PM.
Bed and Breakfast guests may also bring guests who are not staying at Chapter House to have Dinner and/or Supper with them. Please make the appropriate advance reservations with the staff.

The Chapter House is a non-smoking facility throughout. Pets are allowed inside the facility only if special arrangements are made in advance with the management of Chapter House.
