Chapter House presents for its residents a series of Events and Activities. Some are scheduled on a regular, monthly basis and others are once-a-year events. Participation in any of these activities is entirely voluntary. Certain events outside of Chapter House involve admission or other costs. These are borne by the residents and in all cases kept to a minimum.

| 3rd Wednesday | 2:15 PM | Out for Fun! This activity covers a wide variety of interests. Visits to local museums, galleries, other points of interest to stops at local coffee shops or cafes for a cup of coffee, tea and a pastry. |
| 2nd Friday | 1:30 PM | Bridge Club |
| 4th Friday | 10:15 AM | Tea and Classics - This is Chapter House' own book club where a series of books are discussed to further the understanding of literary works in a casual and congenial environment. This year's reading list follows this listing of events. |
| Every Friday | 4:00 PM | Happy Hour - A fitting way to end the week. Residents and the Executive Director and her assistant gather in the library to socialize with a snack, a cup of coffee or tea, a soft drink or a glass of wine. Guests are sometimes invited to participate in this enjoyable one-hour social gathering. |
| Every Saturday | 2:00 PM | Movie - Residents gather in the library to view a movie of their choice on the video equipment of Chapter House. |
In addition to these regularly scheduled monthly in-house events, certain musical events and art series taking place in the city of Colorado Springs are occasionally being made available for participation by residents of Chapter House:
Sack Lunch Serenade Series - During the summer and early fall a series of Wurlitzer organ and piano concerts is being held in the Municipal Auditorium in down town Colorado Springs at noon. Residents who wish to attend are provided with a sack lunch and are driven in the Chapter House van to these concerts.
USAF Academy Band Series - The U.S. Air Force Academy Band and the Falconaires, its Jazz Ensemble, every year hold a series of concerts in the evening or afternoon in the Pikes Peak Center in down town Colorado Springs. These concerts are free to the public. Chapter House has been able to obtain regularly tickets to these concerts so that residents who wish to attend can be taken to the Center and enjoy an afternoon or evening of excellent music.
Fine Arts Center - This center and its down town subsidiary, the FAC Modern, have a magnificent collection of native American, Colorado, national, and international art and regularly schedule exhibits of these art works. In addition, exhibits of works from other national museums of art are held. Residents of Chapter House are given the opportunity to visit these institutions and their exhibits.
The following, once-a-year events are scheduled to take place at Chapter House:
- Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Buffets for residents, their guests and P.E.O.s Please call the Chapter House office for dates and details.
- Fall Cleanup Day: October 11, 2008, beginning at 9 AM. P.E.O.s and guests are invited to participate. This event is organized by Friends of Chapter House.
- Flu Shot Clinic: October 6, 2008 from 9:30 to 11:30 AM. Non-resident P.E.O.s and guests are welcome but need to make appointments for this service several days in advance.
- Holiday Decorating Party: Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at 2:00 to 4:00 PM at Chapter House.
- Christmas Open House: Sunday, December 14, 2008 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at Chapter House. Please note the change in the day of the week and the time of day to enable more working sisters and their families to attend as well as out-of-town guests. The QUILT RAFFLE will be held at this special event!
