The Colorado P.E.O. Chapter House offers P.E.O. members or P.E.O. - sponsored individuals or couples from anywhere in the country apartments or suites for residency. The only requirements are that residents are capable of maintaining a medically independent lifestyle and proof of their ability to pay. Individuals and couples who are looking for a quiet, appealing residence that is surrounded by nature and wildlife will find our 10 residences most appealing.
Specifically, Chapter House offers residents a choice of:
- 5 suites (275 sq. ft.), 2 expanded suites (525 sq. ft.), and 5 one-bedroom apartments (820 sq. ft.) The expanded suites and one-bedroom apartments have kitchenettes. Residents equip and decorate the accommodations with their own furnishings and belongings.
- All residences and common facilities are on ground level. No stairs throughout.
- All apartments and suites have private baths.
- In-room telephone and cable TV, optional high-speed Internet hookup.
- A walk-out patio to a small garden plot and the large common park area.
- Storage space in each residence.
- Heating system controlled by individual in-room thermostats.
- 3 meals served daily in the main dining room.
